Fletcher Early Learning Centre

After going to another daycare we can now see & realise what care was missing. My son had started his day care journey from here & absolutely upsetting as he went through lot of emotional trauma & health issues.There was no feedback system of what child did daily, no teacher would know what he ate or take care of him during the day like changing clothes, cleaning him well after eating / soiled nappies. He would always foul smell when picking up from care. My child is strictly vegetarian but we are always under doubt that he was given non-vegetarian food.Even the fees account management & statement provided was not consistent & felt the amount charged was double for single day. Tried to raise with them but no one listened.

As a former staff member, I found the hygiene policies atrocious. The kids get sick, the staff get sick and cannot leave to avoid spreading sickness, the sick staff are forced to stay and end up giving the other kids they come in contact with whatever cold or flu is going around. Horrible. When I was there, gastro was the pass the parcel sickness.On top of that, too little staff to really keep an eye on all the children, what staff they do have are treated like dirt. I would never send any child of mine here or recommend this place to any friends

Think carefully before sending your child here. It was great at first but then noticed lots of change over of staff and things went down from there. My son was being put to sleep for hours everyday despite requesting him not to have naps anymore. I asked maybe 10 times, sent emails giving permission to wake after half an hour and told yes all good. But everyday he would come out looking like he had just woken up and then wouldn't sleep at night. It got to the point that I had to pull him out. I sent an email stating I wished to withdraw my son and the reasons why. I was not given any response at all not even an email confirming the withdrawal. Just payments stopped coming out. Every day I dropped him he would be screaming and crying which they would say is normal and he's fine once he goes in. since sending him to a new school I can see how happy he is to go everyday and massive improvements in every area. I hate to think what was going on in there for him to be dredding it so much. There's just so many kids and so little staff. All the staff seemed like lovely people but just way too run off their feet that they couldn't provide adequate care. Not the place for us.

This centre has an amazing opportunity for early childhood education also accomadating the Montessori philosophy i would highly recommend thi centre

I love that our son gets to attend this Montessori. It's not only a beautiful centre but we feel like they have really helped him grow his independence and will continue to do so. All the staff are so amazing, we get daily updates via the app so we never feel worried when we need to go to work, we know he's having an exceptional time as he learns, develops and grows!
