As a tenant, I highly recommend Elite Property. We rented during two years with them and it was amazing. Our agent, Carly, was super responsive and kind. Everything went always smoothly, they were very respectful.Our landlord (who was great as well) ended up selling the place and even that process was nice because we did hesitate buying the apartment and the selling agent from Elite Property was also lovely with me.I do believe that they are great for landlords too because they were very thorough with inspections.

Difficult keeping up with the changes in rules and legislation but Anil was very calm and knowledgeable and guided me through the process. Definitely worthy of 5 stars.

I worked as a cleaner for Elite Property for 4 years. Unfortunately things went downhill when Amanda started doing unethical things in the work place.Anil unfortunately forgot to pay my invoices for months and months same goes with my steam cleaner John. We would email him all the time chasing up payments.We would sometimes drop everything to get a property cleaned and wouldn't get paid for 3 months.Carly was the best person they had there and when she left, it turned to rubbish.Smit wins the prize for the biggest stuff up. A tenant made an error and put keys in the wrong letterbox for me and can't remember where she put them. And because they were too worried to tell the landlord they asked me to pay for the tenants error. After 4 years of working for them, this is the disrespect trades get who have helped and assisted over the years.Would never work for the property management team ever again.

12 month tenancy and it was refreshing to feel that the property manager, Smit Patel, genuinely cared about tenants wellbeing and concerns. Great job Smit!
