The drink machine needs to be replaced. It’s always “out of order” perhaps a new one if it can’t be fixed.Once there is a working drink machine, we will be back to this subway on a regular basis

Always come here to grab my lunches or even a fast dinner. Staff are pleasant and make some great food. The stores ingredients are very fresh as is the bread.Store has some seating inside and out but booths can be full often. Not the most costly alternative in Broome especially if you don’t want Maccas.Plenty of parking out front of store.

Supposed to open at 8.00am informed not open till 9.00am 9.10 still not open until delivery. No time given for delivery. Subway Broome has no customer service what so ever.

Asked for a 6 inch, got more like a 4 inch. Sickens me to think these people are call sandwich artists, how dare they call them any kind of artist. Served by a small Asian woman that was pretty rude and made me the worst sandwich I've ever had, just chucked the ingredients in and it tasted terrible.

Service was good. I got a foot long and asked it to be cut in half and wrapped separately as this is what I always do as I can never eat a full foot long. I was told his manager had specifically told his staff they can't wrap them separately. This is the only Subways in WA who don't do it. So I asked for another piece of paper, went and sat at the table and had to unwrap the sandwich and rewrap the two 6 inch sandwiches separately. How bloody ridiculous!! We pay good money for good service and we've got to wrap our own sandwiches at the shop..

Subway as a general is good! But not sure about Broome branch as there's no vibe anymore don't feel welcome just place that takes your money! Salads are not fresh lettuce brown and lifeless...Limited buns available at busy times...staff don't seem happy

What a Joke first of all they didn’t even cut the bread right then they put on two bacon strips as extra wich it says it cost 1.50$ extra then want me to pay 6$ more then I am supposed to and lack the English knowledge to answer my questions… never been disappointed in a SubWay as it usually is always a safe option to go eatEdit: plus they didn’t even ask what bread i want they just assumed something and started right off. Absolutely ridiculous
