Was left BEAMING after my first experience with the lovely ladies at ABABY.The online ordering process was seamless and my order was followed up the next day.Terrific phone manner and they went to great lengths to help with a complicated request.would recommend time and time again!!

Terrible customer service. After me calling multiple times to follow up on my order over a 3 week period, they told me my product was arriving 1 week ago, and it didn't arrive. After enquiring multiple times since then, I have just found out that the product is out of stock and will not be in until 1 month's time.

Pretty disapointing service from a particilar staff member. Felt like the assistance I was after was breaking her back. They had a number of products out of stock yet they are listed as available online. The staff's knowledge of their products was also poor. If you can't be bothered to smile, be polite and enjoy helping new mums then don't work in a baby shop. Just a disapointing exp.

Terrible service. Sent the wrong pram after emailing them specifically to ensure the correct one would be sent. They said they would call me back on the day to reorganise the courier (they never did), I ended up having to deal with the courier myself. It has been 3 weeks since I have returned the incorrect pram (4 weeks since purchase), and I still do not have the pram.

I bought a Bugaboo Bee3 plus liner, cup holder and organiser off Ababy. It was shipped within 2 days with tracking. Everything was packed perfectly and the customer service was amazing. The price was below all other stores and they offered afterpay! I went back and got the toddler board because they are so awesome. Highly recommend.

*Update*I initially posted the below feedback and would like to edit my review. Almost immediately after posting my review the staff at Ababy were working on resolving it!They promptly sent out another buffalo fabric for me which was in perfect condition and what was even more thoughtful was an extremely kind inclusion of a box of chocolates! Especially warming when you're 7 months pregnant! So thankyou Ababy. I look forward to making further purchases on your site & hopefully in store as well! I will also gladly recommend to all my mummy friends!I feel as though Ababy has the potential to be a very good baby store. I recently placed an order for a bugaboo seat fabric and although the service was great and delivery quick my after order service has not been up to standard. Upon receiving my new fabric I noticed there are permanent markings on the buckle which are extremely noticeable. Obviously when purchasing bugaboo products you expect excellent quality considering the cost. I have sent an email to customer support but have not heard anything, which is quite disheartening. I would really appreciate a resolution to this matter. My review would have definitely been higher if this issue had of been resolved.

Excellent customer service! I was after a specific cot and dresser and enquired with a few stockists who never got back to me. Ababy rang me back the same day within the hour! Ordered the cot and dresser for me and price matched the cot I'd seen from Myer. The items arrived quickly, under 2 weeks! Heather was very polite and friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Ababy and will happily shop from them in the future.

Extremely poor service, I had been promised a refund for a broken pram, which I posted back at my own expense, & now no one is replying to my multiple emails. I can only assume they are going to rip me off. Poor form.If someone from the company has any decency, I would appreciate this resolved ASAP.----I appreciate the reply Heather, just a shame it took a public review to get you to respond to me. Please refund my purchase and chase up the supplier yourself. Why punish the customer?

I ordered a Bugaboo wheeled board which unfortunately was missing the adaptors when it arrived. I received a prompt and apologetic response immediately when I sent an online enquiry and Ababy have been diligent in keeping me informed as they have sought to resolve this issue. The ongoing communication and ultimate response from ABaby in the resolution of this issue far exceeded my expectations and exemplifies excellent customer service.
