Have dealt with Richard for a number of years and found him to be efficient, honest and friendly. Richard does a good job of repairs, in a timely manner. I have purchased 2 copiers (for business and homeschooling purposes) from Richard and have been happy with the machines. I highly recommend Richard, The Copier Man.

SUPER GRATEFUL.... Called him and knowing that Richy and Rachel had jobs - not even less than an hour Rachel was here at our Office - fixed everything all up for us and we even got to have a few laughs about things. Richard was very accomodating in helping us get the right copier for our needs. He was very flexible, and knew his stuff - but more importantly his service was second to none. Even after the sale was finalised he went to the extra effort to ensure we were happy. The machine itself, although second-hand by choice, is absolutely amazing too. If you are reading this Richard - thank you for all your help. I am actually looking forward to buying some toner from you soon once these run out, if they ever do :-).

I could not be happier.I work from home and when something technical fails, I go into an absolute spin. It can quickly descend into the worst day of my life.I phoned The Copier Man on Monday and received the friendliest response, with Rachel calling out to my home on Wednesday lunchtime - fixing the copier to a quality of photocopies which I've never seen.Delighted, thrilled....barely sums up how I feel.Thankyou so much Rachel.

Richard has worked on my printer for years. He is great. Always seems to sort it out and get it going again. Plus he offers a good value for money service. I would recommend him to anyone with a printer or photocopier who wants someone to look after their machine.
