Please answer the phone! A warning to anyone else thinking of using these guys, do not under any circumstance give them money before the job is done or an item to copy. Happy to remove this review once they rectify.

I wish I had seen this before going to the shop. They give you a mobile number to ring to make an appointment and yet they do not answer the phone nor do they answer any texts sent. I have been contacting them and visiting the shop for 3 days now and all to no avail. I'm trying to get my bags back as I do not want them to proceed. NO HAPPY JAN" one star and that is being generous."

finally they were in the store and I was able to pickup the item, although it was expensive and got the run around when it came to picking it up. The item produced was extremely good quality, excellent zip, the size was perfect and the material used is very heavy duty.

We purchased a single swag and double-sized swag from Ton and Julie over 15 years ago. The swags are still in good condition after years of recreational use. Today I went in to get a swag as a gift for another family member. The store may need a facelift, but they are still making an excellent product which will last a long time. Much better quality than anything from the chain stores.
