Dean and his team were beyond amazing with their customer service and follow ups with my order. They went above and beyond to ensure I got everything in a timely and professional manner although there were delays with their supplier. Also they were so professional along the way. Highly recommended!

Had an issue at checkout - (computer error - no ones fault) I sent an email that evening and received a call the following morning from the business owner (this was on a Sunday morning) Went above and beyond to remedy the issue and explain what was happening every step of the way. He then organised a way for me to pickup the product locally which saved a great amount of time in shipping. A huge range of parts with prompt and personalised service - very rare these days. I couldn’t recommend VWCentral highly enough. I’ll be back!

Dean managed to source a Colour instrument cluster for my diesel CC which I attempted to find it in the past with no luck, Dean found it in a day. He took care of everything, organised the shipping over to the workshop and did the install, with everything done professionally and at a great price! I will be visiting them for all my future VW needs & I recommend them to be your first call!

Thank you Dean (and VW Central) for your help – I'm stoked with the end result. I ordered an upgraded infotainment system for my 2013 GTI (mostly for CarPlay) and Dean was very helpful throughout the process. He made sure the trim piece I was sent matched my existing GTI trim (the honeycomb/carbon fibre pattern), and all the features were already coded and ready to go when I installed it. Thanks again!

Hi Guys, just want to let you all know what great service I had dealing with Dean and VW Cental. I ordered some cables for my Mk6 LED tail light conversion and I had a speedy response and confirmation of shipment. Dean was quick to respond to any issues / queries I had and is extremely knowledgeable in anything VW.Cannot reccomend VW Central and Dean Highly enough. Will be buying again.
