We took my daughters Fiat 500 for a repair of the radiator, but we were very upset with the service and extremely high prices. When we went to pick our car , they did not even check if it was ok. I had to report the engine alarm during pick up. They said it was a problem we did not report and had to pay a lot for the diagnosis. Our car never had such a problem. We took the car to another service for diagnosis, and was adviced they forgot to connect some wires during fixing the radiator. So, this other service fixed our car for nothing. Definately the worst service and robbery I have had .

Keema Cars Gravatt did a great job finding us a Work horse van (Ducato) to suit our needs, they worked well & fast to accommodate for some of our requests at a drop of a hat and got our business on the road in weeks!Special thanks to Glen & Ty

Despite booking a service well in advance and driving some three hours, arrived to confusion over the actual booking. Thankfully, service consultant Sam worked her magic and saved the day by organising both the service and loan vehicle. Excellent customer service provided all round by the team at Mt Gravatt Fiat.

Rang over a week ago to book our van in for a service. Was informed they were short on staff due to illness, but they would call me back. Rang the next day again to be told the same thing. Still waiting!!!!!! Now booking in elsewhere, very poor customer service.

I wouldn't take a car there to put a sticker on it.. they'd stuff that up!

If I could give them zero stars I would. My partner has had her Fiat 500 serviced by them a couple of times now and the level of work that has been carried out has been of a ridiculously low standard. Prior to the car going in for its last service it was professionally cleaned which included tyre shine on all four tyres, there was over spray on the struts. They reported back that the car required 4 new shock absorbers but managed to totally miss the coolant leak I found 2 days after it was serviced. The car will not be returning to this shop and we are going to make a formal complaint to Fiat Australia.Edit-It gets even better, in the report for last service it says they added a 1ltr of coolant but didn't establish where the coolant went.

Disappointing customer service especially since Keema Cars took over, no customer retention skills in particular with the customers that have been loyal for years.- Wrong advice that ended up costing us money- No customer service skills- Definitely won’t be recommending them and will pass this on to family & friends

Such friendly service, great people to deal with. Best of all I love my new car!
