Ordered online for delivery at 10:03pm thinking it would be a reasonable time considering they close at 11pm - it is currently 11:04pm and I called to check if they had forgotten my order and to see why it’s taking so long and they gave me no explanation (they said it’ll be at my house in 10-15minsBad service and everything - never ordering from Chester hill Pizza HutThose guys are the worst

Horrible experience at this pizza hut store. My partner ordered for it to be delivered at 1.45pm, she had to call up to follow up around 1.50pm as the order was still being prepared, the guy said that he was on the way and would arrive in 5-10minutes. She had to call 3 additional times to follow up and apparently he went to the wrong location. What's the point of planning a delivery in advanced if they are going to be over 50minutes late? She couldnt collect the pizza as it was no longer her lunch time. We've asked for a refund and have yet to see it processed. Very disappointing experience here - their app doesnt work and the staff are inefficient. Don't bother coming here.

There is massive problem when ur supreme pizza has pasta on it, n I guess they still haven't learned how to cut a pizza, I like 8 pieces like most ppl not one piece.

We'd ordered pick up and yet we still have to wait another 30 minutes. We ended up with the wrong pizza and had to drive back. We got an extra pizza out of it, but it was not worth the time and the pizza was dry and missing ingredients.

We got very good experience with Pizza Hut brand before but not this time. Ordered 12 chicken wings for my family on the day they sale off for $1 each. Those wings tasted not fresh and as a consequence we all got stomachache after.I deeply understand it is how business work, but selling out of date food not only gain benefit but also put your customers away.Sadly, we have to say goodbye to the brand for our health consideration.

This is the second time they have changed my order without my consent.So I have ordered 2 boxes of jalapeno cheese bites today and have paid for them as they are upgrades. What they delivered were spud bites (included in the 3 + 3 offer) which we do not actually eat. I called the store to let them know and they said that the jalapeno cheese bites were not anymore available and I will get a free one on my next order. I have mentioned for a refund as this is our last order from them as we are relocating. He said he cannot do that and repeated saying about getting that free jalapenos on the next order. I think something is up on that store. They change your orders without permission from the customers and worse, you get less what you actually paid for!!! The first instance was actually was changing my drinks without my permission but I had to let it pass. By the way, they said that they tried calling me but they cannot reach me (duh). but their delivery guys can call my mobile without probs. Anyway ACCC should take a look at what their doing as something is not right!

This is why these guys are losing to dominoes, inefficiency with delivery. took an hour when was supposed to come within 30 mins. on top they’re asking for Sunday surcharge
