Really bad customer service. Was told by a staff member they do 30-day return. Went to return a gift and they refused. Now I’m stuck with a gift card I don’t want. They were very rude during the process and it is clear they don’t value the customer experience. Cannot recommend and unfortunately me or anyone I know will never ever shop here again.

Worst customer service ever I had. Bought a outdoor stove it was not fitting into my outdoor space, SO,returned next day , not even opened the full package. The sale person denied to give me refund, instead gave me gift card. next time I went to get a gift card using the card they given me, they denied to give a gift card using the credit they have me via gift card. They bring every return under change of mind, tell you they don't have to even provide any sort refund under Australian consumer law. Such a stupid store policy & rude customer service by the store owner & sales person. never buy again anything from this tentworld.

My wife and I went to this store on the 2/10/22, to buy a tent and maybe some accessories. I couldn't believe the difference in customer service that this store offered compared to the Archerfield store. The Browns Plains store was great!! We were looking around and a female staff member (Soraya) came over to assist us. She was wonderful and helped us with all the gear that we were looking for. We bought the 4 man Coleman North tent, a large underlay tarp and a Queen high inflatable mattress. We even had a older male staff member just quickly giving us some information on the mattress when he was walking past also. We were very happy with this store and highly recommend it.Ps. I hope we spelt Sorayas name correctly as we were chatting about it when we were at the check out. : )

Prompt dispatch and delivery. Bought mossie coil holders. Somewhat expensive but they work extremely well, and permit the use of broken coil pieces. Now being used by several family members. A close friend has also expressed strong interest.I am well satisfied with my purchase.

Could not use gift voucher in store & not much help offered by staff member. But my online experience was excellent. Easy shopping & fast delivery of my products. Will definitely stick to online from now on. Great range & excellent value for money.

Love this place and there keen for your business. Lots of camping stuff and who doesn't like camping aye. They've alot of stock on hand and there keen to help and advise you on all your camping needs if they don't have it they'll get it in for you give them a go I've shopped there lots and never been disappointed with the price it the great service they provide.There local so give the locals a go as it keeps locals in a job.As I said give them a go I did and I will return back there again and again..
