Went in today to get a refund as wanted to return a product which we had bought but realised it was not the product we needed. The product was unopened and we had taken it back on the next business day.The Manager told me that they do not offer refunds when a customer changes their mind. I explained to him that it was unopened and it was the wrong item. He stated that he had clearly told my wife that he could order the item that we wanted so it was now her fault that we had the wrong item.The Manager did change his mind and gave me a refund as a one-off situation.All on all I found the Manager unhelpful and tuecwhole situation unpleasant.
