I had my wisdom teeth removed by Jesse Wright here yesterday and was very happy with how it went. Katie my anaesthetic nurse made me feel so comfortable, was very professional and alleviated any stress i had before going in. Thank you.

Had a tonsillectomy done here. I was first on the list so only had to wait about an hour after I was admitted to start the procedure. All the nurses were so nice and attentive. The talked me through all the questions I had and if they could get me anything. The anaesthetist was very kind as well, putting me on some drugs before I went under which calmed me down. The surgeon was very nice and checked up on me post-opp. The recovery room was nice and the nurses in their gave me everything I needed for the pain. I had to stay overnight but the nurses on duty checked on me every hour or so and gave me more pain relief when I needed it. Checking out of the hospital was quick and easy and a nurse talked me through when and how often I needed to take my medication. Would recommend

I had day surgery . The staff were very efficient and the nurses helpful, nice and attentive. Very small reception area. There was free street parking nearby.

The best private hospital, the service and the comfy place especially for kids.5 stars for all the kind hearts nurses there.

I went to hunters hill private hospital for a septohinoplasty with Dr Barnouti 5 days ago and can’t fault anything at all, The private room and bathroom was absolutely great, when I came back from surgery the food was also really delicious, it was a beef and rice dish and I got to choose from a very large menu right before i went into surgery so it was ready for me straight away. when I complained of sore teeth they gave me two tubs of vanilla ice cream which was soo yummy, and even gave my partner one too which was really kind of them. I was checked on multiple times and didn’t feel ignored or left at all, in fact I was surprised how many times they did come in to check on me and make sure I was doing okay, they answered all questions amazingly and treated me wonderfully. Dr Anna Pedersen the anaesthesiologist was super kind and helpful, she answered any questions I had, and for the first time ever when putting a needle in I felt absolutely nothing not even a pinch, I was shocked at how good she was, and when I was put under it felt like seconds later I had woken up. Very little to no pain or discomfort and I was given an ice block, and when I asked to go bathroom the nurses went out of their way to rush me to my private bathroom as I wasn't comfortable going in a bedpan. Not a single one had even a hint of a bad attitude, everyone i met and talked to was so sweet. And I don’t remember her name but to the very kind Asian lady who put my socks on for me and asked about the questions I had, thank you so much for the care you provided to me, it helped my anxiety very much on the day! The receptionist was really kind as well, their efpost machine was down and allowed me to transfer the funds instead. The reviews are surprising as for me as I had a great experience!

Had day surgery here for my wisdom teeth removal under general anaesthetic earlier this week and was highly impressed with all the nurses from Cathy, Susan and Cara who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for pre- and post surgery! I spent 3 nights at Hunters Hill Private and I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone. The staff that cared for me pre and post-op were professional, caring and friendly. The food was great with plenty of options on the menu. The plastic surgeon Dr Barnouti ( legend) was extremely knowledgeable, caring and friendly, and explained the procedure well. The Anaesthetist Dr Coghlan was also very knowledgeable and friendly and also took the time to explain the process. In previous surgeries I have never had an Anaesthetist explain anything. I cannot fault anything during my stay and would definitely stay again.

They told me to get there at midday, even though I was the last scheduled operation for the day. When I asked if I could leave the waiting room to go for a walk around the block, they denied as I was already admitted". So I need to sit in the freezing air-conditioning for hours. Not a very efficient operation."

Let my elderly father to do a day procedure and was assured that someone would call once he can be discharged. Waited in the lobby area and was made to feel unwelcome and repeatedly told that they would contact us once he’s ready to be picked up. Several hours later. We called to get an update and was told he was discharged earlier. Never received a call and located my father who has early signs of dementia roaming the streets in 30 degree heat. Looking disoriented and confused and emotional. We are only writing to bring awareness that you should constantly follow up as the duty of care wasn’t present.

Amazing nurses - they really looked after me after my recent operation. Can’t thank them enough. They were all so professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was recovering well and looked after. I never met nurses that were so amazing and really cared about their patients welfare. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart. Catering and cleaning staff were great too. The food was excellent and well balanced and my rooms were so clean I wish they would come around my house and do their magic there too.
