Came yesterday to finish last minute Christmas shopping and on exiting the store was met by a staff member singing Christmas carols. How very special and what an amazing voice he had. This literally made my day so much more pleasant amongst the rush. Well done KMart Oxenford you rock and Merry Christmas to you all.

Great store but the car park area is currently disgraceful. Trip hazards everywhere,rubbish,and even broken glass.

Extremely frustrating that no one ever picks up the phone for any department. Its like they cant be bothered! Been calling all department for some help about an item but it just rings and tings with no one ever answering! Do your job properly and get your staff to be on to it!

I came in here with my one year old and needed to rebuy everything for my home after moving interstate years a go.They watched my trolleys for my as I loaded up more, helped me put things into my cart, were very helpful when they could see I had my hands full.The young girl on the door was so polite and made me feel very welcomed into the store.Wonderful staff overall who work well as a team and are all willing to go above and beyond for customers.

It's not my favorite activity, but I had to go shopping and luckily I met an outstanding young man named Finn. He went above and beyond to assist me and I could tell from his expression that he was enthusiastic about fulfilling my request. It's truly wonderful to witness! Stand alone Kmart, find it a lot nicer to go to then a mall, just in and out (get what you need) always find a park and get in and out easy....saying that, the area can get busy and a bit of a nightmare at some times but have to choose your timing. Big, clean store, staff always friendly and helpful. Service Desk (click and collect, laybys, returns etc) seems to struggle a bit and sometimes you feel like you can wait half hour!

front door lady stopped me whilst i was walking out and accused me of stealing, because there was a pair of earrings sitting in the back of the bagging area whilst i scanned my stuff (which i didnt touch).she was speaking to some mystery person in her earpiece and looking at me like a criminal for buying jam jars.i told them to get their coworker who said i was stealing to check the bagging area, and big surprise… it was still sitting there. she then said “ok you can leave”.no apology!

I been shopping in this K Mart for years,I never expect any personal service in here, because all customers just relaxing shopping around,but this morning I had a lovely surpriseI bought a lots of shopping and I pay in self service machine.I had a very bad sore arm and not feeling well,but suddenly a staff young girl name MIA came to help meI even didnt ask her to helpShe helped me to scan each items and tidy back to my bagI feel very impressed and she is very passion to help, especially I suddenly feeling not well but I did not mentioned to herShe just very happy and patience to help meI am so glad to meet a beautiful staff in K Mart today
