First timer in these stores, I needed some help, guidance, support and encouragement with weight loss.The manager Connor was amazing, knew his $hit and really helped me in the right direction while being courteous and respectful.There was no sales pitch and was quick to highlight the failings of certain products for my application.Highly recommended, I will be back.

Absolutely phenomenal service from wight (sorry if i butchered the name) he had a very vast and detailed understanding of a large range of the products there. Which helped me make an informed decision on which product i wanted. The range was abundent and deffinatly was nothing to dissapoint, will be returning again.

Everytime my partner or I go into the Fairfield store, we are greeted & asked if we need assistance. The team always have information if we have any questions, and great products too!My partner has mentioned that entering supplement stores is a little daunting for her as she isn’t “fit or thin” (her words not mine) however she loves coming here as the staff are always helpful & don’t discriminate.

Two sales assistants literally stood chatting and laughing for five to ten minutes while I waited to be served, despite me approaching them. They made eye contact several times and were very aware that I was there, but consistently turned away and ignored me without so much as a ‘be with you in a minute’. It was very unprofessional and made me feel hugely unwelcome in their store. As not a super fit and trim person it is already pretty intimidating to walk into a store like this, and to be completely ignored by the staff while they talk amongst themselves can be a bit of a confidence killer. I took my business elsewhere.
