I wonder what this strata firm gets paid for?I have dealt with them (as a tenant) for 2 years and they are rude, unhelpful and NOTHING seems to be their responsibility. Would never choose them - cannot believe they're still in business

After less than a year into our tenancy and right before the due date for notice, Sachs real estate advised about ending the tenancy, mentioning the difficult times with inflation, that the owner wanted to occupy the place.Only to find out a month later that the property was listed for rental again with >10% rent increase at a time when rental market was difficult for tenants.Sachs real estate did not bother discuss about a rent increase with us or respond to our requests about prolonging the tenancy.I feel it is important to witness publicly how dishonest and mean this agency is, for tenants and landlords to use their services.

They seem to get things done but EXTREMELY slowly.It took over a month to organise pest control and emails can take days/weeks to get responded to.I would recommend using another strata management company.Anyone looking for a good team can mail me for a recommendation of a high quality efficient strata team.

Exec EstateExtremely unprofessional and rude.I am still waiting for the Strata seal on a DA application for a COMMUNITY CENTRE for more than 2.5 YEARS!! All information was given to them and we are just waiting and all the while paying rent.I have been hung up on, not responded to, constantly left in the dark. Even Knight Frank our property managers cannot get anything out of this strata firm.Do not use this company.
