Real Flame

Just installed the Element 1200 and it is amazing! Highly recommend.

I don't recommend this manufacturer at all, good luck with yours if you use them!

Bad customer service, staff were ignorant and not helpful at all. i regret i went there.

Although Real Flame heaters look beautiful it has been a major disappointment.For such and expensive investment I was expecting real" Quality.I installed it brand-new in January 2016 and only used it for about three months last year (as I was overseas the rest of the winter).The maintenance guys came unscrewed the glass had a little fiddle and played with the controls a bit and then left that was their service.So I now I have been using it for about a month it sounds like a clunky old train it is louder than my TV my neighbour upstairs complained about the rattling noise that's how loud it is. Mind you I live in an art deco building with thick walls so you can imagine how loud it is that she complained and I had to turn my heater off.I have emailed them twice with no response. I think they spent more money on the photographs/advertising rather than their product and there service. Deeply disappointed .I really hope they will respond this time and I don't have to go to consumer affairs about it.Note: After I wrote the review I’ve got a call straight away (from real flame apologising for the inconvenience)and they fixed my heater immediately. And I must say I am very very happy with it. :-)"

Real Gas flames, but not 'real' wood fired fireplaces, they are really just decorative; gas use in Australia is declining, so there's not much future in this kind of appliance.Worth noting their flues which are very noisy require much more space for installation than competitors (eg. Escea).

Not very customer oriented. Will only answer specific questions but won't offer any assistance or additional info. Eager to get away.The manner in which they speak and conduct themselves not very professional. I only dealt with two ladies.

Rude and completely unhelpful customer service line

I have called this company 3 times over three days and keep getting an answering machine, during business hours - is this business still trading?

Disappointed with product. Quite noisy and does not come with a remote to turn on.Looks good but that’s about it.
