Very disappointed to be bothered by this unwanted text message. Seems to be impossible to unsubscribe...Or a lot of hard work. They're not answering their phones at this time. What a nuisance.Thanks to the owner (a name would make you seem more human) for responding however you don't seem to have looked at the screenshot attached to my review. The text message that you sent says to reply STOP to unsubscribe and then goes on to say that the sender does not support replies. There is option to reply. No text entry box is available. Try sending this text to yourself by the same method and you'll see what I mean. It's going onto reddit a$$hole design.

I buy my children's school supplies here every year for over a decade. Polite, friendly and efficient employees who strive their best to have your child/rens school supplies ready for the school year.Good for a quick visit go pick up extra supplies during the year or organising your supplies for the next year.Rarely out of stock on an item but if they are, they arrange it to be sent quickly.Great pricing, good location. Great service.I couldn't recommend highly enough.

Recently visited the shop. The lady at the front desk was so unkind. Seems like she was so proud of no stock available and only online order taken. She told me to wait 3-4 weeks to get delivered arrogantly. Only schools were her customers not individual parents?So, I bought texts books and stationery from other online and offline shops. They are cheaper and quicker.

Sequel are fabulous! I'm a mum of 4 and going back to school with through them made it so easy. Instead of using all the different suppliers my different children's schools chose, I put all through Sequel using the upload form. It was easy, fast and a great price. Highly recommended

I just received my package today and i expected the rest of my order but instead i only got 3 school erasers!and the others still backorder? Why bother send the 3 erasers and i had to pay $5 for delivery? Is it to get more money from me for delivery?? So you send item by item? I can't keep paying for delivery or pick them up each time.Why not let me know next time when the rest of the order are ready to pick up and no more back order?You look like you have a big company but not so organise. No wonder alot of people are complaining. Its my first time dealing with your company... i dont know if im guna do it again.*update 10/03/2022Thanks for the rest of my orders.. I got them on the 8th without extra delivery charges.

I ordered school books from this store (because the school recommended it) but they sent me only the text book without the activity book and when I called them to ask for it, they said I have to pay for it even though those books have to come as a pack and I ordered it from the book list they have online, on top of that all the students in my daughter's class recieved both of them in a pack and they asked me to pay for the activity book separately. This is an absolute rip off

Shocking customer service and false statement made regarding ordering/delivery times. Will definitely not be using Sequel again! I have advised customer service directly (by email and phone call) - no attempt/assistance offered to resolve my outstanding order. I’m not one to complain online but hoping this helps other parents avoid the hassle I have been through using Sequel.

We got all the schools books that we could not find any other place. Amazing staff members. They were super helpful even though you could clearly see they are super tired. They were accommodating every request with a smile.
