Open late and all day Saturday

Extremely convenient trading hours (particularly as a user of Auspost's Parcel Collect service), run by a lovely couple who are always very friendly and helpful. A lovely little gem hidden in the burbs.

I wish all my packages would get sent here instead of Mckinnon. The lady who works here is so nice, the same can't be said about the horrible lady who works on mckinnon rd.

Excellent service. Went in to buy invoice satchel but they don't sell the type I wanted. So they gave me some of their own stock for free as I needed it urgently. WOW that is service

I am usually ardent in my commitment to supporting local businesses. However, after my recent visit to North Road LPO, I will be ardent in my commitment to avoiding this business. Armed with my photo ID and an email, which included a barcode for easy scanning, I visited North Road LPO, ready to collect a parcel, which I had been advised by Australia Post, was now available at this LPO. On showing my ID, I was advised that my parcel couldn’t be located. I then presented the email, complete with barcode, to the person assisting me, who found the parcel, which featured my address, but not my name. The parcel featured my business name... I was advised that I wouldn’t be able to take the parcel, unless I presented a particular Australia Post issued card, which would affirm that I was authorised to have the email which contained the barcode that identified the parcel, even though the email was sent to my personal email address and actually featured my full name. All of this information was barked at me, by the overtly impatient assistant. Stating that I didn’t have the necessary card, I suggested that I could demonstrate that I was the owner of the business by showing the nestle for my business on the government ABN register, which would show my name and my business name. Whilst looking for the page, which took some time, I had to endure being the subject of a discussion about my issue, conducted in an unfamiliar language at loud volume. When I finally found the correct page, I was ungraciously advised that I could take my parcel, having now wasted 20 minutes of my day, despite having all of the details and documents required by Australia Post. When I suggested that it would be a fairly specific crime to arrive at the correct outlet with valid ID, featuring the correct address, AND equipped with an email addressed to me from Australia Post, I was glared at. I received the same look, when I affirmed that it was also discourteous to converse about a third party in a language which they do not speak. As stated at the opening of my review, I won’t be supporting this local business again, if I can possibly help it.
