Called in relation to medicinal cannabis, the pharmacist had little to no information and mixed messages on ordering times. Pharmacist advised they have MC patients and regularly dispense but was unable to help with giving information to make it as easy as possible. Got off the phone feeling judged and embarrassed. Wouldn't want to be an MC patient using this business...

Don't stock common diabetes monitoring products. Usual self important pharmacist with attitude about his profound abilities to read a MIMS and put labels on manufactured medications.

OMG Teresa helped me so much with the right skin care and makeup for me and my age, for my mum, and was awesome with baby product knowledge while pointing me in the direction of good value for money . I called late Saturday evening, Sherif answered promptly and my enquiry was answered, collected my vitamins the next morning. Apart from being efficient Sherif has a great sense of humour much needed in these times. Sherif far exceeded expectations..thankyou

Such a inhumane staff, inspite of explaining that I can't afford missing the fertility medication didn't oblige to give it .I told her that it may have bad impact for missing 5 doses if I don't get it. She is not fit to be a woman at all.Very bad experience. I would never visit any terry white chemist anytime.Ugly by heart

One of the pharmacists here is a wannabe doctor, and needs to stay in his lane. Tried to diagnose my thrush as uncontrolled type 2 diabetes. Thanks, mate but I'll let my actual doctors manage my gestational diabetes, which is actively monitored daily (and very well controlled I might add). Also, refused to dispense clotrimazole pessary because it's harmful during pregnancy" according to his B.Pharm. No

2nd May 2023 at 8.45pm. Security guard walked out stood opposite me while I was on my phone reading an SMS. Could feel him staring at me in his peripheral vision. The moment I look up to walk inside he awkwardly tries to initiate conversation saying hello and asking how my day is going. Felt intimidating, unnecessary conversation and delaying my visit. He also stood at the back of the store inside opposite me the entire time I was being served and then walked up to me as I was leaving the store and stood way too close trying to tell me he didn't mean anything by his questions when I first entered and that he wasn't profiling me and was standing 1ft away from me, up way to close when engaging in conversation which invaded my personal space.The Chemist staff member who served me was very polite, friendly, informative and helpful. This entire experience would have been smooth, welcoming and relaxing if the security guard did his job from a distance and didn't try to engage in conversation. I'm sure he's a very nice person but I don't know him and don't need to discuss my day with him or even talk to him. I was there to walk in, make a purchase and leave.Security should be silent unless deemed necessary, shouldn't be staring at customers, should work in the distance and shouldn't engage in conversation or approach customers unless they're deemed a risk and necessary.
