You can choose between dishes or hot pot here. The dishes are authentic and recommended. Hot pot is quite standard all you can eat on a fair price. FYI you only choose between dishes OR hot pot on a meal.Staffs here can only speak minimal English and sometimes quite confusing.

Been coming here for many years now so I should probably review it. This place is great for lovers of spice, chilli or ma la (numbing chill). Diners have a choice between al a carte or buffet hotpot. The hotpot offers a variety of choice typical to what you'd normally find in Chinese hotpot. The a la carte dishes however offer a even larger variety of dishes. The fish in chilli oil, and beef in spicy soup is by far one of the more popular choices. But be warned, almost everything is spicy so for those with a low tolerance, it may be wise to ask for 'wei la' or very little chilli.

Hard to understand why Google review is 3 something for this restaurant.This is the best Sichuan restaurant I’ve had outside of China, period. If you are looking for authentic Sichuan cuisine, look not further.

I went to this restaurant many times before COVID break out. It was nice meal with good taste. Last week I had something to do nearby. So I went to this restaurant again, but it not tasted as good as before. Beef and duck blood taste a bit weird. But anyway, rated 3/5.

Good taste, too busy at dinner time. Some people always leaves the door open in cold weather. The owner of the restaurant should have a meal system instead of writing it on paper, which obviously sometimes the paper gets lost.

Our favourite Sichuan style restaurant. The scallion oil Kidney 葱油腰花 is a must. Service is quick and great value.

We were drawn to this restaurant by the amazing smells wafting out the door as we walked past - the wonderful aromas of Sichuanese cooking, being chilli, Sichuan pepper, cumin, etc. We had the cumin lamb ribs (flavourful and delicious with crispy, rendered fat, although portion size could be a bit bigger), and fuqifeipian (beef tripe, beef tongue, etc. in a flavourful chilli sauce with garlic and coriander). Excited to try their noodles and dumplings next time. P.S. They offer a free drink with orders over $30 if you pay cash.June 2023 edit:#208 the stir-fried pig ears and firm tofu (小炒顺风耳) are moreish and delicious. The dish is aromatic with fermented black beans, a little hot from fresh chilli and full of wok hei. Excellent with rice.

This is a really good Chinese restaurant to go to. The price is very cheap that you cannot find in most places! The dishes are cooked authentically, taste is really nice that I would recommend the crispy pork and fish soup! Spiciness is not that spicy so recommend spicy dishes.

UNEXPECTED. The restaurant was quiet for a Sunday evening! We got sweet and sour pork, black pepper iron pan steak, shrimp fried rice, steamed xiao long bao and fried dumplings. All took me by surprise.The sweet and sour pork was crispy and saucy! You can pick up the individual grains of the fried rice! The dumplings were made FRESH. So be mindful that waiting time will take a while! But the dough on BOTH dumplings was so tender and the filling was perfectly juicy. Thin and delicate for the steamed ones, crispy and mochi like for the panfried ones. Beef was beef saucy, piping hot! Note: To order, you have to write down the dish number on the bill and give it to the joyful waiter.
