After trying to source 'hugger' fans for my ceiling at a reasonable cost I finally found them at Early Settler online only they were sold out! So I rang your Auburn store and spoke to Fatema what an absolute asset this lovely lady is to your team, found the fans I was after, processed the sale (mind you this was done over the phone) and was just so helpful and delivered first class service fantastic!

Great store and really helpful staff. Don't let the name give you an idea that this isn't a store with nice contemporary furniture and decor items. We had been struggling to find some outdoor bar stools which had a lower seat height and thought that this would be the last place we would find them, but after trying a bunch of other stores traditionally known for also having outdoor furniture, this store had a couple of options. We were lucky.So, there is a good range of indoor furniture, with some good outdoor options. Lots of great tables and chairs and pots for plants with artificial plants and knick knacks. The staff were patient and attentive.When I called back the following day because I had got some promotional vouchers for having spent a certain amount, and wanted to use them to purchase an extra stool with them, the staff member directed me around how the vouchers work and why I had not yet received them via email. However, I was quite surprised when he called me back a short time later as, after he had gotten off the phone from my initial call, he had looked up my purchase on the system and found the vouchers and then was able to help place my further order over the phone.One thing to note is that for some of the furniture stock, the main warehouse is in Melbourne and so it take a short while for it to be shipped up to the Sydney store for pick up. Currently, stock is received on Tuesday, so I had less than a week to wait to pick up the bar stools I had purchased.On the whole, it was really nice to have a great shopping experience due to not only finding what I was looking for, but to have happy, friendly, helpful and competent staff, who went that little bit further to be of assistance.

Think twice before you deal with these guys. If you are picking up your pieces in-store, make sure to double check for any damage.The table that I bought was majorly damaged and warranty team is giving me a run around. They said a replacement is ready in 2 to 2.5 weeks and so I agreed. A few days later, my replacement is 'approved' but will arrive in nearly 5 months. What a joke.

The staff member Peter I believe is not helpful at all asked some questions and clarification in that’s the surcharge and he seemed annoyed to answer where simply could give a fair explanation. Ultimately client is paying not you so I Don’t understand where the frustration is coming from when I also purchased a nice sofa with chaise and I am very happy product all of this by doing by se . Sorry I don’t like to leave poor review but I believe for the company is fair to know how their representative promote and understand their clients and look after the business . I hope it is only just a bad day or an episode ultimately I wish the best for every company they act with fairness and integrity

Bought a beautiful lounge and dining chair set from here. We had to wait approximately 3-4 months for it to be delivered but I believe that is standard for a lounge. Thrilled with the price, communication and quality.

Horrible customer service ever. I ordered a queen size bed online and the product that they delivered was incorrect. The people from customer services were constantly ignoring our calls and emails. However, after many attempts, they came back to us and organised a date for pick up and refund. We waited for the whole day and no body showed up on the date they communicated to us. Now they are giving us time after Christmas. Our money is stuck with them and they are using delaying tactics.NOT RECOMMENDED TO SHOP FROM THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS AT ALL!!!!!

Great range of furniture and decor items. Jasmine was very helpful, customer service was excellent. Lots of specials on floor stock too and unique range of items. Thank you! Would recommend and would definitely like to come back.

Dishonesty at all levels.First we bought the sofas with a promise that they would keep it on their floors till we move to our unit. However, they called my wife asking her to receive the sofa's. We had to store it at her uncle's. One of the sofa's had a hole. The sofa's started to squeak within less than two years. What they offered? A discount on a new sofa as if I would trust this store!.An absolute shame.

I am sharing my genuine feedback based on my most recent experience dealing with early settler, the staff from the store and also the head office manager.Absolutely joke and unsatisfactory outcome. I wish I hadnt purchased anything with them. Rude Attitude. I hope everyone be mindful when making decisions on purchasing items from them
