Hang Up

We had our wedding photos framed at top dollar, they were returned to us with what appeared to be a large scratch across one and small marks across the top of another!! We returned them to the store asking if the glass has been marked on the inside? The owner Jo said he’ll take them and have a look. Days later we were notified our wedding photos had been DESTROYED in the process of removing the “glued” frames to the print!! Jo reprinted our wedding photos using a file we sent him but the photos came out so pixelated and poor quality so we refused to accept them. Jo claimed no responsibility and refused to see how any of the situation was his fault, stating we “didn’t want our prints that’s why we returned them” (!!!!) we got our refund but walked away having lost our precious wedding photos. WORST EXPERIENCE - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The ladies here offer incredible service. I have had several things framed and every time the end result is flawless with no request being too difficult. Karen even suggested ideas and put in some extra effort on her day off to ensure that the finished product would be perfect. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

As a visitor from interstate l was very disappointed with my first visit to Hang Up".I planned to purchase a print & take it back home

At first I thought they were expensive. But then I got my prints...fabulous and totally worth the money. I will be returning soon to get more of my stuff framed.

Happy with the outcome but not millimetre perfect at top dollar. Frame selection good but range of staff assistance on several occasions felt it was based on how dressed up i was on the day.

They have made a beautiful, and quality custom frame. Recommended

I’m an amateur photographer and love to frame my prints. I always come here for a frame! They have so many sizes readily available and will always have a mounting board to fit - I’ve always had trouble finding frames with mounting boards until I found this place. Great handmade quality at an affordable price.
