Great! I needed one spare car key with transponder programmed for my Mitsubishi Lancer. The young man who worked there helped me straight away the moment I walked into their store and he was a nice young man and he did a great job. He provided me with a working key in a few minutes. Works fine. $132 I think is reasonable. Sorry I didn't get your name young man, you did a good job! I would recommend this business.

Legendary service from Darren. Had big issues with replacing ignition barrel due to some “dodgy” work done previously by an auto electrican. But they got it fully sorted. Great service and highly recommended.

Sent a contact message through the website late last night, had a phone call from Steve at 7.40am this morning and terrific service to get my front door fixed. They went out of their way to get the handle I wanted as I couldn't drive anywhere to purchase it myself, then installed by 1.20pm. Such amazing & fast service. Highly recommend Superior Locksmiths.

I had to call these guys out to the shopping centre when my key wouldn't unlock my Ford Territory. Awesome service. He came out straight away & opened the car without any damage. He identified the problem with a worn out key & arranged for me to come back to the shop today where he cut me a new key, supplied a new key fob & reprogrammed the old one. Also cut me a new service key. I now have a full set of working keys for the car including a spare. Very Happy with the service from these guys & would recommend them to anyone. Good work guys.

Unbelievably fast and professional service. Called them to say I had locked myself out of an office within our suite and they arrived within 10 mins. Door was unlocked within about 2 mins and then two fresh keys cut and handed to me within 5 mins. Absolute legends!

Without being informed beforehand, whether or not they manage to unlock your car, they’ll charge you $143 for a “call out fee.”Wasting your time, money and all while scratching up the interior of your vehicle.Employee contained an unprofessional attitude, saying “this is pissing me off now” repeatedly; he was clearly in a hurry to drive off.I contacted a few locksmiths later this afternoon and was informed that they wouldn’t charge if they weren’t able to gain access to the inside of the car and another said that their call out fee was $45.They were both astonished by the employees inability to unlock the car, expressing that there were multiple methods to carry it out, which should of been a given for any experienced locksmith.The employee essentially said there’s nothing he could do, and that I had no other choice but to contact Holden (in the United States) and retrieve the vehicles key code for a spare one to be cut.His incompetence was clearly shown when I had realised he left several tools behind.I don’t know what other services they provide, but when locked out of your car, don’t consider this company; they won’t hesitate to take advantage of you.

Great Service, Competitive Pricing!!Honestly, Made a big mistake last night and locked my Keys in my apartment, no Spare....nothing. I had a key fob that decided that it was never going to start my Prado ever again so I called Steven who went out of his way,in such a friendly manner ,to solve my problem. Good service is not always easy to find and I would go back to his business without any hesitation.

Got a new car key cut as our old one broke. Steven was really great in getting us a replacement and helping us to save a couple of dollars by reusing what was left of the old key! Great fella and really helpful. Would recommend.

Locked ourselves out of our apartment at 8pm on a rainy public holiday. Called Superior Locksmiths and they arrived in 15 minutes to save the day… impressive service, we were back inside our apartment within 30 minutes, definitely recommend!
