I received average service here, bought what I needed but the guy behind the counter was miserable and tried to talk down to my son and I, wrong people to talk down to buddy, don't do that again. Try smiling, it is free.

Visited twice, first was great, second was horrible so won't be visiting again. Easy enough for staff to talk down to customers who just purchase goods elsewhere

It's a nice little nook in Berwick. I will go back as I am a mechanic and hobbyist. They have enough parts to build myself a small sports car. Bad luck they didn't have wheel stub bearing seal for... yes, work on my car.

Rang up looking for an indicator stalk for my car - Mandy was so helpful! she ordered the part from their warehouse so it would arrive in the afternoon on the same SAME DAY!.The estimated part arrival speed was faster and the price was better than a competitor I had rang earlier. Mandy rang me the moment the part came in and I was able to pick it up immediately.I was so relieved to have my car working for the weekend - other parts suppliers would not have been able to get me the part until Monday at the earliest. Also the price I was sold the part at was $60 less than I estimated from looking online so I am over the moon!I am very happy with their speed, pricing and customer service.Next time I need a car part Bursons in Berwick will be my first point of call :)

Easy to find, lots of space to park and most of all very helpful and professional guys inside. I was looking for an affordable 26mm socket to work on a Pajero and they gladly showed me heaps of options to choose from.
