Competent vets who managed to figure out an issue with my cat that other vets had missed. They seem to be much more fairly priced than private vets and offer a big discount for pensioners. They were willing to set up a payment plan for me as well.

Want to say a BIG Thank You to Suzy who operated and looked after Tigi this year. I felt so overwhelmed and upset and felt at ease how Tigi was being looked after at the hospital. She has now fully recovered. Thank you to Suzy and the nurses who kept their eye on her overnight at the hospital and for putting Tigi on the road to full recovery. Forever grateful. Tigi says Meow! Thank You!

Very helpful and understanding, definitely caring. I took my pet in waited five minutes for consultation, went told her the issue she was very caring and took in what I had to say despite being a wreck. Saw my pet checked her over. Didn't judge me for the sate she was in, infact it kinda helped the vet see what I have spoke to her about. Told me what can be done and then also to me what to expect further down the line if nothing works but was very reassuring and could definitely see how much my pet meant to me. I have never come across a vet like this who is caring not just for the animal but for the owner as well.

While I have loved all of the vets I have seen over the years for my dogs, I had to give one star due to the terrible customer service I received from the receptionist. I do not know her name, but whenever I spoke with her on the phone, she tarnished the reputation of the RSPCA. She constantly talked over me and never allowed me to fully voice my complaints. If she is unable to control her temper, then she should not be working at the reception.

Always an amazing experience here, the staff are so helpful and lovely. They take such good care of my two cats and make sure they’re always feeling safe and okay. I highly recommend the RSPCA!

Friendly, welcoming, professional and caring. From front reception to the specialists. Even my dog, who's normally highly anxious at the vet, and ARH, had no issues.

Our cat Bella had been dropped off there over the labour day long weekend. We got a call on the Sunday sayings was there and that we could come in on the public holiday Monday to pick her up. They had started her on medication and she had a vet consult and we were able to get her home with no problems. The staff we wonderful and friendly, very caring. The building is new and clean, it's bright and welcoming. Calming considering it can be traumatic going there. Lots of car spots.

The vet I had for my little dog was great. She was helpful with advice and answered most of my questions.The counter/ front staff is not that great.The actual Vet hospital has undergone huge changes and is at the front near the entrance where you drive in.They used to stock the Hills Science Diet food which was great to get from there but they now only carry another brand. Must be a commercial decision.Parking is on site.Overall happy with them and worth the travel to them.
