This is the second time I have used their customer support team. The first time was for their Ark Pack and as I wired something up wrong which caused a fault they were still quick to have it fixed for a minimum fee. This time was a warranty problem with one of their couplings. Item was collected to go back to them and returned promptly fully fixed, all with no cost and great communication. A real pleasure to deal with, thanks Team.

Won't honour warranty..blames customer for failure of Jockeywheel after only using it once ...very arrogant about their product ...they don't believe that they sell lemonsStay well clear of this bunch !!

Went to see Bernard was incredibly helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to help myself and a friend. People like this are a rare find in the customer service industry. The Ark Corp should be thankful and grateful for having him as en employee! Thanks Bernard!

Not very helpful. Earlier this year i contacted them via their website regarding parts and didn't get a response. A few months ago I contacted them directly to their email address and again no reply. I even contacted them via their social media and they read and didn't reply

Product rusted in two weeks Ark failed to do anything about it or even get back to my supplier I will not purchase anymore Ark products through my business

I broke the locking cap on my 3.5tonne XO off road trailer coupling, After a quick message on the contact page of the ARK webpage I got a return email asking for my address. A few days later I got a replacement part in the mail at no charge. Thanks ARK- great customer service!

Hands down the best after sales service I have ever had. I bent the pin on my XO750 and contacted Ark. Next day they are organizing to send me parts at no charge. Fantastic effort.

Steer clear. Rubbish after service. Took two months, numerous emails ignored and well over six phone calls for a replacement led trailer light to be sent out (submersible light failed to due water emersion). And to top it off, after I was very specific on the model, they sent the wrong light. Try another brand.

I just had the best outcome ever.Thanks to Brett Collins it's all fixed....I had a problem with my fuse inside my Ark pack no one wanted to touch even the place i got it from, i called Ark Corporation and one of the nicest people helped me and i have a replacement on its way. Thanks and Ark Corporation should be very very proud of him and believe me he is an asset to your company. I was just about to order another brand and re-orded Ark Pack again but this time from Anaconda and not the other supplier. I got my Ark battery box working again and it works a treat.Thanks again to Brett Collins. I can't believe the professionalism in this company. I will never buy another brand except Ark.Thanks.
