I have been to Frangipani Beauty several times now for full body massages and Bianca is wonderful and has me leaving the Spa everytime feeling relaxed. All the team members at the Spa are professional and very welcoming.

I have been a regular for over 6 years, may be more! The only place I will go to for my beauty needs, in particular my eyebrows! Bianca is amazing! Great customer service all round & such a beautiful bunch of ladies.

Had a fabulous facial with Sue. My appointment was for 4:00pm & I went in at 4:15. No apology for running late & it would have been great is Sue would have introduced herself instead of me asking her name. But, facial was brilliant & I would definitely use them again.

Eyebrows over waxed and left uneven. Would not recommend! Do not get your eyebrows done here.

Lovely people but the quality of nails has me unsatisfied, I had gel polish on my natural nails and they were filed really coursely and not tidyed up they were left completely rough and still are. My hair catches on them. She was way too rough with my fingers and the gel is very uneven, bubbly parts of my nail beds are filled with gel and stuck definitely not worth the $55 I paid for. Also not happy with not letting me wash my hands after sitting in hot acetone I've now broke out in a rash and very itchy :(

Lovely entrance. Friendly staff. Well set out once you walk in. Lovely smells of nature throughout the Spa.Comfortable beds with relaxing varied music.Great products with the freshest smells. Very reasonably priced. Lots of great offers.
