I've been to a lot of different places to try and get my back issues sorted out and this is the first one that has been able to help me! Sam has done an amazing job getting my pain to go and helping me get my flexibility back. I highly recommend them!

Was treated by Sam for chronic right shoulder issues. After treatment there was improvement. Sam's knowledge , manner and massage skills are very impressive.

I went to Wayne struggling to walk without pain, after one one hour session my pain was gone and after just one half hour follow up session I feel like my underlying condition has been remediated. Thanks Wayne.Cross coutry bike riding, canoeing, painting barge boards and loading trailers full of overgrowth on a fence line led me to buying a floor massage vibrating plate. I felt I deserved a bit of relax. Little did I realise the damage this would create when I sat down for a while and rested my feet on the plate. Then I did some work on my arms. A little too long.I stood up to find my hips went out of wack and l was pinching nerves in shoulders.After weeks of pain in my shoulders and not walking easily, my shouders are back to full motion with minimal pain and my hips feel terrific. The needles in my shoulders and massage did an credible job to reduce my pain. Putting my hips back in place too was a little daunting but wow what a difference you made.I will now get back to my normal exercise routine.Your skilled approach to my issues is invaluable.Thanks againTerry

I discovered Wayne 9 years ago and what a find! Issues with shoulders that I had been experiencing for years were treated and finally resolved - just brilliant. Also the first practitioner that didn’t have me turning up every week for the sake of it - if you need a series of visits to rectify an issue this is clearly communicated. Wayne provides a professional, honest and holistic approach and has also found additional exercises and stretches that have assisted me over the years.
