Very happy after having my bike serviced here! They also did some much needed part replacements and now it's running beautifully.The laid back team were easy to deal with, and I paid much less than if I'd gone to a bike shop. Also got my bike back quicker than anticipated - really appreciate it!Glad there's a great community-focused place around here to help cyclists out.

I like the idea of the place, and it does some great work, but can't recommend getting newer/fancier bikes serviced here. I dropped my bike in primarily for one issue, which they didn't fix as they didn't have the tool. Would have been good to know this in advance as I would have gone elsewhere for that service. Bike also came back to me with squeaks that weren't there before :-/

The staff here are so lovely and patient. I came back 2-3 times in a week to look at a bike before settling on one. The staff were really lovely and even attached a bell on! They also helped my partner with his bike. Really great place, would go back, great selection of reasonably priced bikes.

Highly recommended for a fast service and quality service. I've taken both my bikes and it took them less than a day to service. They weren't busy and it took an hour. They also will take your old bikes and help the local community.

Amazing service from the team at Inner West Community Bike Hub! They repaired/ serviced this little kids bike straight away, at no charge (took about 10min).It’s been sitting in our garage for the last few years with no handle bars. So glad it can be kept and used (safely) by our toddler in another year or so. Highly recommend :D *****

Been here a few times and it has usually been good. The staff are friendly and helpful however I was misled about the costs of the service. On top of the general service fee I was charged for labour and a bike wash (my bike was not very clean and if I had known this I would of opted out). The parts I was charged for I was under the impression needed tightening not completely replacing. What I thought from the once over of the bike when I brought it in, it was going to cost me $99 and maybe a little extra for a few parts instead it was $250. Unfortunately my brakes are also squeeking very loudly still.I don't think I will be going back here again
