I'm truly appreciate the people of Maitland!!At 6 a.m with the help of Mr. Paul, they allowed me to use the facility for a quick shower without charging me a penny. Thank you!!

Terrible for kid’s lessons, daughter could swim but we wanted to have lessons on her strokes. They stuck her in a low class where she did 3 strokes then was at the end of the class area. Repeated the same exercises all year and didn’t learn anything new all year. Then you have to go through a whole process just to cancel. Don’t bother calling because nobody answers or returns your calls, very frustrating and disappointed.

Good size pools and plenty of them, water park is good too. Good range of swimmers and accessories. Food ok. Could have more seating in the area's

Absolutely fabulous day out with my grandchildren. Lots of covered seating or big shady trees to sit under. Little ones, medium ones & teenage ones all kept busy having fun. Lifeguards everywhere so it was extremely safe. We had a great day

Great facilities at a reasonable price you can check out on their website. A outdoor 50m pool for more serious swimmers with a 2m deep end, a new 25m indoor pool, a small pool for younger children 0.55m - 0.85m deep as well as a shade over top and a splash pad with two water slides, plenty of water jets, showers and fountains.Canteen available, hot and cold food. Plenty of grass area and tablets to have a family picnic.

Large aquatic centre with reasonable entry fees. Several large outdoor lap pools, a large indoor heated pool (not very warm), an outdoor children's pool and in summer it has the big splash zone running with slides and a bucket that fills with water and drops it. Very fun. Nice grassed area around the pools and several picnic tables in the shade. Staff are nice, little canteen for food on site and parking is easy. Outside the complex is a very good playground and grassed areas.

Such a wonderful facility. Two adults and a 2.5 year old cost a tad over $11 to enter. Everything is clean and organised, there's a large outdoor and indoor pool, a kids pool and an amazing miniature water park with two slides, water cannons and a big bucket that drops water all over the kids at intervals. We ordered coffee, water and chips from the canteen, spread our blankets on the large grassed area and enjoyed the morning. The whole family had such a great time! We'll definitely be back.(I've added a nondescript photo of the palm trees on site because I didn't want to take photos of the facilities when people would be in the background)

Why is the coffee here good? It shouldn't be, but it is comparable to the cafes in town, which is weird for a pool kiosk.Reasonable entry fees, although I don't agree with non-swimmers having to pay. I have to go as my kids are not old enough top go alone but I don't swim so I do not think I should have to pay to sit on a seat & watch my kids splash each other for two hours. This is the reason for the three star review. It would have been five if non swimmers are free entry.

No a pleasant experience at all !! Have been trying for over a month to get to arrange lessons for my kid !! Very poor communication no call backs for messages left and no follow up :( very disappointing
