Had the sweetest gentlemen deliver my ikea kitchen to my home! The nicest guys you’ll meet. Very happy with the service!! Called me prior to arriving and came nice and early. Appreciate it guys!!

Low quality service, Delayed delivery without feeling sorry, impolite service receptionist. The delivery was supposed to be between 12:15 and 15:15, I called the customer service around 16:25 pm, the receptionist not only did not appologize for their delay but also did not let me talk and hung up. So sorry for this company having such a poor service.

0 stars!!!The worst service! They are rude and helpless. Called me on arrival to home and assured they had called me earlier but i had no any missed calls. Then refused to wait 10-20minutes and gave me ultimatum: they will drop at front door (on street) or will cancel delivery with no refund!

My recliner sofa (from Amart) was due for delivery yesterday between 1pm - 4pm. I worked from home to make sure that this went smoothly. Before 4pm I called to find out why the delivery was going to be late. I was informed that the driver attempted to make the delivery and also tried to call my mobile. The driver took a picture of my apartment and claimed I was not home.I received the screenshot of his call log and the picture of my apartment building. The driver never came to my door (you can see the front of my vehicle of the picture he took of my apartment building. His calls were 4 - 5 second and didn't leave a voice mail. There is zero calls from this person on my mobile. Instead of doing the bare minimum which was coming to the apartment door to knock, he didn't do his job. Now I don't have a couch in my apartment as I sold my old one to make room for my new recliner sofa. The next available delivery is this Friday. At no point did the company show any accountability in this driver's performance. They didn't try to resolve the issue.I now understand why the company has a 3 star rating. Its sad that one employee can spoil the reputation of a company.

Had a delivery of a large item purchased through Rebel Sport in Midland.FYI: Only one man will deliver a 140kg item, and they won’t take away the pallet it comes on (minor inconvenience).And then if you help the man to move the item, you are then taking responsibility for any damage caused. They are shocking with their customer service, they never return calls or leave messages if you miss them. Didn’t even phone us before the delivery came which was meant to be in the morning and it didn’t rock up until after 3pm.Now I’m stuck with a pallet I have no use for,damaged tiles through my house that are “our fault” even though it was not emphasised to us about the delivery only being “store to door”, and a very bad experience.

The guys who delivered my new lounge suite from Amart on 10/5/22 were on time and were absolute professionals in handling, unboxing, assembling and cleaning up and removal of boxes. Very happy customer. Awesome work guys!!

Absolute joke, ordered a new bed through Amart in butler, had to wait a week and got a 5pm to 8pm slot for delivery, after waiting all day i get a message at 7:37 saying your order is being delivered only to wait another 45 minutes and they still dont show up

Ordered a couch from amart furniture. I paid for assembly and they left off parts of the assembly. There were 8 washers which they didn't use and they took some of these parts with them. I then had to go and purchase said parts, and reassemble the furniture myself. God awful company.
