Excellent service from the Pharmacists and team here. We usually deal with Alf who goes out of his way to patiently help and explain the medications. He truly cares for his customers well being and is definitely a wonderful asset to Winthrop Pharmacy. Thank you!

Excellent staff here, very helpful. I’ve been using this pharmacy for a while now and have been consistently impressed with how customer caring they are.Recently when we were sick not only did the pharmacist recommend products that would help reduce our symptoms but they organised to have them delivered to us.

Service is always good here. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and happy to discuss any questions that you may have.I haven't checked for a while, but last time I did check their pricing was generally competitive.They are open for reasonably long hours so they're there when you are likely to need them.What more could you ask from your local pharmacy?

Most of the time the staff members are friendly and approachable. But recently I got called out by spelling my last name, rather than giving it a go to pronounce it. It just feels a bit rude when you don’t even try to pronoun an Asian last name, rather than spell it out. If you don’t know how then ask. Better than not even trying.

I went to Winthrop Pharmacy today and was firstly amazed by their fish tank! I then had my prescriptions filled and Mark and Alfred and the friendly team at the pharmacy were outstanding . They were so busy and yet they took the time to explain my medications, so I did not feel rushed and ignored. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

My mother used to visit here to pick up a regular prescription and mentioned she always dreaded going there. Some advice for the middle aged ladies working there, lose the arrogant demeanour and treat customers with respect. My mother wont be visiting here anymore. This is unfortunate as the owner is lovely.

Very disappointed with customer service. Did not try and help me with an infected eye. Would not sell me ointment for conjunctivitis and told me to see a Dr on a Sunday??? Basically fobbed me off. I went to another pharmacy 777 which listened to my concern and offered sound advice and ointment. My eyes feels so much better in one day and I can go to work on Monday. Totally useless pharmacy that are only script fillers. Need to improve customer service and train their staff to listen to customers. Will take future business elsewhere.

Just had our 4th dose today, as we had our 3rd dose booster shots in July/August last year in Dominican Republic, the pharmacist was very helpful in our situation to sort things out for us so that we could have digital record of our 4th booster shots. The jabs were quick for both of us together although our appointment times were different because we booked online, but everything was done smoothly!
