Ray White North Stradbroke Island

Went to Nth Straddie for my cousins wedding, headed straight to Ray White to pick up our keys for the home we were staying in for 3 days. Was greeted so warmly and given clear instructions on how to get there as the property was set back from the street and could easily be missed.Also the email contact prior to coming was excellent, with clear instructions and follow ups.I would definitely recommend using Ray White for your Straddie stay.

Great, friendly staff.Already booked for March next year. It will be the 4th..... or 5th time I've booked through Ray White and I have had nothing to complain about.

The house we stayed at was absolutely beautiful in an even better location! A big thankyou to the team at Ray White especially Richard for being extremely helpful and outgoing to resolve a missing item I left. Great team and very welcoming.

My holiday rental review was received but not posted. I stayed in a holiday rental through Ray White North Stradbroke that had very dank old and musky smelling mattresses, dirty and rusty fans (was advertised as ceiling fans but there was only 1 and it was a very hot weekend )and food stuck on the bottom of the very old and stained place mats. I called and emailed Ray White and sent photos but did not receive a reply until I called. They have a review button so I placed a 3 * honest review about the old smelly mattresses. The review was never posted and when I called I was told that reviews are only a guide line and they do not have to post reviews. Reviews should be independent not selective or don't have a review button.

This property has a high level of sophistication and shows the owners have gone to great lengths to ensure you are welcome in their property. The views of the ocean are great and they are backed up by a very spacious house beautifully decorated . We have been visiting North Stradbroke for over 20 years and this property tops them all. The area for the dog was fantastic and the easy walk to the lead free beach made everything very comfortable. We can't wait to get back there.

Be careful booking a holiday rental with this agency. We paid half a deposit for a holiday which was in 9 months time, when we requested to cancel (two months after we booked and 7months till the date of the holiday, we were told we have to pay 12% of the full rental and would lose a deposit if they didn't find someone for the easter week. We've never had to pay cancellation fees such as this for a holiday which is 7 months out

The experience of booking with Ray White Stradbroke Island couldn't have been more welcoming and professional. Ringing at 4pm on a Friday after our holiday somewhere else (with someone else) fell through, they were wonderfully reassuring (we were panicking). They took the time to see if they could accomodate us, helped us to better understand what we needed to do to get to the Island and how it all worked (we booked at 4.30pm and then literally left the next day) and went above and beyond to help meet our needs. The accomodation was beyond our expectations, clean and quite incredible and made for a holiday to remember.

We stayed in cylinder sands one of the listings that they lease. Hope you are ready for disappointment. To the owner I recommend you learn some manners, a simple good morning would have sufficed. Instead we got a who are you and are you in the wrong place. Rae your hostility was not welcome and I hope this review is a wake up call.Now to the actual accommodation. So there were pavers covering up the sewer which were infested with bugs. There was a hole on the side of the stairs which was blocked off with cones and a make shift fence. The rooms downstairs well your gonna be ducking your head to get around as the ceiling is just under 2m high.Anyways not a Karen just someone who likes a little bit of respect. Not happy Rae learn some manners.

Everything about our stay at North Stradbroke Island was great EXCEPT the managing agency. Upon arrival of picking up the keys we were met by a receptionist (we believe to be the principal) who quizzed us about our age (Most of us were in our mid 20's). We were told we would be kicked out straight away if there was any noise complaints (we knew we weren't allowed to make excessive noise when we booked). Overall we felt incredibly unwelcome throughout our stay and we will be seeking properties that aren't managed by this agency when we return next time.
