Much better than I expected. I got the rump steak special at $20. Place is a bit quiet. But makes up for in friendly staff and tasty grub. I recommend it.

We have now been two nights in a row and had fantastic good both times! The beer always nice and cold and so was the wine. Even better than the food however, was the service. Every staff member was so incredibly friendly it made our whole experience so wonderful and enjoyable. They even saved a tabke for us the second night in case we came back (lucky we did!!) Would definitely recommend and we will be back more often in the future

Food not the best. Only 1 vegetarian option. Poor waitress was run off her feet, way too much work for just 1 person.

After travelling through narrabri several times and enjoying the food, I was very disappointed tonight. We left not eating much at all. Our steak tasted like it had been pre cooked? It was raw and tasted weird. It came out after only about 10 mins? Not sure if that's long enough to cook a med well steak.

This place needs help. The meal was OK but the atmosphere was empty". Chatted to a few members who advised the club was struggling. I suggest you close one of the ends ( club in centre of bowling greens) open it up to a few caravans for limited stays...perhaps 72 hours. Look at what some country pubs and clubs are doing. You could get a bit more life in the club if you have a few travellers in the club. Good luck"
