All Budget Bathroom and Kitchen Renovation

Sam fully renovated my bathroom and I can honestly say we are extremely happy with the results. It went ahead of time even though it was raining a lot. Couple of points that i can highlights:- The floor and wall tilings were done diligently and meticulously. Very nicely done- Sam will go through with you what he needs to do the next day so you will know every steps along the way. This will give you a peace of mind- Very punctual with his time- Very helpful when you ask questions. Very friendly too- He even cleaned the area of my house at the end of the day that was impacted by the workI highly recommend Sam to do your bathroom.

Our new ensuite looks exactly as I imagined it to be. Loved it. Thanks Sam for great work, much appreciated your being always helpful and responsive. The renovation cost was kept within our budget, thanks for facilitating discounts and delivery/pick-up of items. He is highly professional with the way he responded to the quote, gave the time lines (which didn't deviate) - he finished before Christmas as committed.Sam is highly knowledgable and have 20 plus years of experience which comes out of the work he had done for us. Highly impressed with the quality and service. There was no hazel or communication mishap at any point of time He also gave general home renovation ideas and thoughts out of his experience.The bathroom went a complete transformation - we got 2 bathrooms renovated and Sam & his team was explaining each step involved and suggested very good improvements. He ensured the surroundings - Living space , bedrooms weren't impacted during this work. He took extra cautious when we may run over budget and ensured we stayed within the limits. Sam was very professional with his job and his work was very clean and excellent he renovated our two bathrooms and the toilet at our house always on time with his work and he went through step by step with his work and if there is any fault in the bathroom he will also let you know highly recommended to everyone with his work thanks Sam.

Sam recently fully renovated one bathroom and partially renovated another. My elderly parents house is quite old so the bathrooms needed renovating. Our budget was very tight and Sam was able to do what was required within our budget. Sam is very friendly and accommodating, professional and punctual. He is also one of the cleanest tradies I've ever come across! The upstairs bathroom only needed a new shower and Sam was happy to do that for us, which a lot of tradies would have turned down and forced a full renovation.All the work was very good and Sam sourced the best value fixtures.Highly recommend and when we're ready to renovate our laundry we'll be calling Sam.
