The gym's equipments are good and well maintained and floor is clean. My problem is that in other 24/7 plus gyms we have cold water but in there we have nice warm tab water ;-) .

Called the Gym and spoke with one of the friendly staff. Excellent communication and knowledge.Same day arranged an appointment and went over the details of my membership.Very happy with the process.

Love this gym and the stuff is very nice and friendly . Always look tidy and well looked after especially with the covid restrictions. Really cheap prices and affordable to anyone

I really love training at this awesome place. I must be there at list 12 hrs a week taking my body to the limit. The staff are friendly and always wanting to help but at the same time I'm left alone to train. If your after results, Plus Fitness is the place to go in the Northern Beaches and specialty if you live in Mona vale.

Very poor, closed during covid with no clear policy on how billings would be handled moving forward. Dodgy billing practices from Gyms have given the industry a bad name and this place is carrying the flag. Unfortunately Google won't allow Zero stars.

All-round awesome gym! It's always clean and tidy with an open layout and plenty of floor space. There's a large variety of equipment provided which is all of great quality. Just to top it off, the staff are incredibly friendly and always so helpful. I love training here!

air con doesn’t work and is currently being renovated, lacking equipment but has the basics u need. only one shower and it seems to have a mold problem.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have amazing quality equipment and participate great covid safe practices. I love waking up in the morning and going to the mona vale gym, knowing that I will be achieve my best fitness/health goals with the plus fitness mona vale team!!!

Great gym. Not very busy outside a very small window. Allows you to use which every equipment you need without having to worry about someone else wanting it.
