I had a great experience dealing with Dynamic Gift. In particular Josh Swan and his team - they did an amazing job and organised such a speedy delivery for us, last minute. We ordered patches, die cut vinyl stickers and car stickers for our business. Communication was poor, in that my emails were not read clearly which resulted in weeks of back and forth. The order arrived from China with no tracking and poor packaging. The patches were acceptable, but not great quality. The stickers were all poorly made. Car stickers were peeling off backing and not cut squarely and die cut stickers impossible to separate from clear backing and also not cut squarely. Richard agreed to have all the stickers redone and agreed that photos would be sent to me for my approval before the order was dispatched. Photos were not received until I asked for them a week later, but the order had already been dispatched from China. The second batch of car stickers were good quality, which was good, however the die cut stickers are unchanged other than being cut squarely. They are still on a clear backing and almost impossible to separate, with no instructions on how to apply them for our customers. I was told by Richard that this is the new, improved way that die cut stickers are made, ie on a clear backing vs paper. Overall, not a good experience with this company.

The process to receive a quote and place an order was very easy. Customer service was very good. The product was of good quality. Delivery was a little longer than I anticipated as it was made and shipped from China which I wasn't aware of before ordering, there was no delivery eta provided before placing the order. However once the item was shipped I was notified and could track the delivery.All in all a very good experience and I would order from here again.

My experience with Dynamic Gift has been great. I can call the same person direct if I have any questions or queries and they are only too happy to help. I can't emphasise enough what a difference the over the phone service makes to talk over what you are looking for and work out the best products, sizes, costs etc. given the huge range of products they have, rather than sending emails back and forth. This is what makes me a very happy customer that will keep coming back!
