We ordered through the red rooster website for dinner tonight and unfortunately there was a mix up with the order we received through DoorDash delivery. Went into red rooster and was met with a fantastic lady (I believe she said her name was Vidi). Listed off what I ordered without the receipt in front of her showing she cared, and made the meal fresh for us. I forgot to clarify that we wanted legs instead of wings and I went up to the counter to quickly let them know and heard the lady say they want legs only without me saying anything. Absolutely fantastic customer service! Thank you!

35 dollars for dry chicken and one scoop of potatos swimming in gravy? What a complete scam. So dry I had to choke it back. Never again. Also can't help but feel they doused it in gravy so they can hide" how little mash potato they give you. Ridiculous."

Ordered the fried chicken yesterday through uber eats. The chicken was so dry & not edible! Even the dogs wouldn't eat it! Tried calling the store right up to closing time but no answer! Lodged a complaint with uber eats but no response!

Got my standard butter milk wings . Ewww old manky wings looked like they had been reheated in the deep fryer,nearly black and covered in oil . Threw them out and I'm throwing thornlie reds out as well . Not interested in your mindless generic replies so don't bother .

Looks nothing like the pictures. That was supposed to be a small chips. Not only were they cold, but they were no where near a small chips. An always seems to be like that at the Thornlie store. They always skimp on the chips.

The worst food I have eaten. Potato and gravy like clag glue, no peas, chicken dry, asked for it to be cut into eight pieces, cut into 4.

Not busy. Ordered my meal and a chicken burger with No sauce or Mayo. What do you think I got. That's right, the lot. They did offer a replacement but I was on a schedule and couldn't afford the time, so, no lunch for me. Bummer. A day or 2 later, they did reply to my post, and said to contact them and leave my details, the Manager would like to get in touch. So I did. waiting, waiting, waiting.
