Rebecca has helped me so much! I didn’t think yoga was for me but she really taught me to appreciate it and love it! Even just her soothing voice will relax you. Highly recommend!

Aum Yoga Therapy
Aum Yoga Therapy has really shown me how to manage myself and my life through yoga practice and I was so surprised at how easy it was to adopt Rebecca's teachings to my every day life. I am so glad I found such a great therapist! I highly recommend Rebecca. She is amazing!
