The application process with Charles and Stuart was extremely efficient and quick. We inspected the unit on Saturday and submitted an application the same day. Our agents reviewed and approved an application the very next day Sunday, which is unheard off, while lease was signed on Monday.I would highly recommend engaging with Charles and Stuart for any tenants and landlords who are looking for very professional and efficient service.They truly go beyond with their service.

Great staff and service at Charles & Stuart, would highly recommend. A special thank-you to Lana Males and Lina Lamens -- very helpful and responsive property managers who make the whole process smooth sailing. As a renter, I have been very impressed by how courteous and professional Lana and Lina are. Before I started the process with Charles & Stuart, I did a lot of research online about the tenancy process, and I was very glad to see that everything Lana and Lina did reflected what is laid out in the Residential Tenancies Act.
