Made an appointment for a girls pedicure with friends in the morning and it was lovely. Ladies did a great job and it was before the crowds started coming in as well so it wasn't busy or noisy.

First and last time attending this nail salon the lady insisted that I had acrylic on my nails which I never put acrylic I always do SNS they were really rude and not helpful at all they’re gonna charge me $50 to take off my SMS and start again and I said why is that necessary if I just want to refill very rude people inside not recommended for customer service The staff did not pay any attention to any of the customers inside the store just were talking amongst themselves the girl sitting next to me also try to explain what she wanted with her Sns the girls serving her had no idea has to explain it a few times

DO NOT GO HERE!My friend explained what she wanted to the lady and then the lady went against that and refused to give her what she wanted, and did her nails as the worked liked it! My friend wanted the colour yellow and the worker refused to put yellow because it was an ‘ugly’ colour. They turned out uneven, deformed and didn’t remove the dry glue from the skin of her fingers. I recommend not going here as they won’t listen to what you want and do whatever they think is ‘good’.

EXCELLENT service from the lovely ladies, I had a manicure done with full acrylics with Shellac for $50, and my manicurist did a wonderful job. No rush, pleasant experience. Definitely will keep this place as my regular. Thank you!

DO NOT GO HEREi asked for a particular style on my nails and a specific colour, i was looking through the sns colour box that my friend had finished using so i could choose my colour and the lady took it off of me and gave me a smaller selection of colours. i asked if they could get me a lighter yellow as i saw one i liked in the box. she said that she thought the colour was disgusting and “no good” and started suggesting other colours. she decided on a pink for me and began starting on the shape of my nail and didn’t ask me first and i asked to do something to the shape and refused saying it wouldn’t look good on me. when me and my friends went back to complain about the colour the lady who did my nails started yelling at me said that it was my fault for not speaking up but she didn’t let me speak. my nails are uneven and she said it herself and left it that way and there are speckles of glitters from other colours of sns in the nails. they didn’t even clean the skin around my nails and there were lumps in some nails. don’t waste your time and money on getting your nails done here, find somewhere new.

As a male when I visited the store for pedicure they accepted me but while the lady was cleaning my feet she was making jokes about me in her own language. When she finished she again made a joke and all the other staff started laughing loudly and looked at me. Customers also got anxious and I felt extremely awkward. Terrible customer service.

Been here twice and I know this is somewhere that I'll go when I get my nails done or refilled. Their attention to detail is superb and the staff are friendly and wonderful.

Do not go here.Very unprofessional - they just keep taking people in even tho they actually have no staff free to do them. They make you sit in the massage chair pretending someone will come do your nails but it will take at least 20mins wait.Why not be honest and say there’s a wait and ask if you want to come back instead?Then they have a stack of colour wheels to choose from but half of them they say “color no good” or its not available. Why not take them off if they’re not there?Then water for pedicure spa is ice cold.The lady who did my nails was rushed and took phone call in her earpiece talking in their language.Waste of time and money. So many other places for nails. Ditch this.

A very hit and miss salon. Been here over 10 times.Had a fantastic experience most times. However the most recent nail shellac job was appalling done by a technician I had not seen there before. Peeled within a day and all nails broken a week later. She had filed too much of my natural nail away and shellac applied too thin. I will be back, however probably will request not to be looked after by the same technician. I would recommend you try this salon, find a technician that you're happy with and stick to them.
