Excellent service from Lube Mobile! They are now my mechanics of choice. Very friendly and professional mechanics. Always kept me informed and updated. Showed me what was wrong - and explained things.Had my car fixed in a week! My car broke down on Friday evening and I had the Lube Mobile mechanic in on Saturday. The only delay was getting the right part - but that wasn't Lube Mobile's fault.Did a great job and my car is running smoothly. Gave me a quote before starting the job and I was happy with it.I will be using them again in future! And I would recommend them.Thanks Lube Mobile!

Found a big bolt and a flat tyre on my car today. None of the locals could give me the time of day but the lovely lady on the lube mobile line got me a time slot even though i wasnt expecting to get a fix the same day.Dean showed up, did his thing and was really great about it all.Honestly if i ever have issues again I'll be calling Lube because the well known locals specific to my area are always too busy.I see why Lube Mobile has managed to stay around all these years.10/10 service.

Ethan (M38) was very professional. Diagnosed the issue on Saturday and had the part ordered on Monday and my car was fixed on Thursday once the part was in! Ethan did a fantastic job and I was very happy with the result. Would highly recommend Lube Mobile and Ethan!

Called about engine light, when I told mechanic I put oil in it (as it was low) he blamed me and said I’d caused the problem. Initially asked me if I wanted a service but I said no, after confirming with his boss he advised me to have a service anyway, he then charged me $600 and then advised me to take it to my mechanic as they did not fix the problem. Very disappointed, should have called my local mechanic in the first place. Do not recommend.

My car wouldn't start, called Lube Mobile. they couldn't get it to work and said that the reason it wouldn't start was due to an immobilizer code not matching my two car keys which have worked fine for over 10 years. They told me I needed a locksmith to reprogram them. The locksmith I called said that didn't make any sense and to get an auto electrician to look at it. So the auto electrician managed to fix my car by changing the battery and spark plugs. I'm very unimpressed by the lack of skill of the mechanic and how his incompetence cost me $300 extra in towing and servicing at the auto electricians.

I have now used Lube Mobile three times to service my Land Cruiser.It is extremely easy to book a time, one simply goes to the website where the available slots are displayed and you pick one that suits you.You have the option of selecting a particular mechanic if you've had previous experience with one whom you particularly liked.Communication is pretty much all by Text message and prior to arriving the driver/mechanic sends a link with an estimated time of arrival and a live map to track where he is. Excellent service.The service on the car was efficient and detailed. What I also liked was the fact I could actually go and buy the oil, filters etc myself saving considerable money.The whole process is very efficient and workman like.Well done Lube Mobile.

Been using Lube Mobile for years now on personal and company vehicles, very convenient as they can come to home or workplace, always on time which is great.The only negative is the consistent upsell when you book in a required service, without fail the mechanics have a script they stick to after checking the vehicle out, cabin filter replacement as well as carbon build up clean out, all come at a cost but recommended everytime I have a mechanic come out, I would love for them to once arrive and perform what booked rather that the add ons that I would book if I wanted them. I am starting to get to the point of looking to use our local mechanic shop to avoid this tactic.
