The 5 star reviews on this page can only be family and friends!I’ll give him a 1 star because he turned up to give us a quote, after that it just went downhill.Took ages to answer text messages, if ever! He didn’t see email agreeing to the quote (but expected me to see emails from him) rarely answered his phone or replied to messages left for him on his phone, told us his partner would read Facebook Messenger messages but didn’t pass them on to him.On occasions when he had to come out he would message me to say he was coming, I write back that I will be home. Then he would message again to say he couldn’t make it and would the following day be okay, again I write back to say that would be fine and I will be home. Next day he messages and says he has to stop off at Bunnings first and come after that and ask if that’s okay, because I don’t answer “that” particular message he doesn’t come! How many times do I have to tell this guy I WILL BE HOME???I prefer messages as they are proof of what was said!Granted the rain has stopped play on several occasions and as frustrating as this is even I know can’t be helped. Eventually tells us that his partner will send us an invoice for materials IF WE WANT TO GET ANOTHER carpenter to do the job! Agreed to wait for him to complete the job and presumed as from the start we would just pay the whole lot on completion as agreed originally. The day before the ONE guaranteed sunny day he says he now won’t come out because we didn’t pay the invoice! Then, refuses to answer his phone, even “declining” my calls or messages to discuss the matter! After paying the invoice he tells my husband he’s still not coming out as I was impolite to him in messages! When challenged to screen shoot one impolite message he couldn’t!This guy is just a joke! Find a more professional carpenter if you actually want your job done! I highly DO NOT recommend Full Moon Carpentary!

So happy with our decking - it has really completed our backyard! Brendan and his team are not only wonderful carpenters who did an amazing job with our deck they are also extremely professional and treated our property with the utmost respect. The attention to detail has really made the difference. Thanks again Brendan - we can't wait to use it over Christmas and beyond.

Kitchen cupboards were moved downwards and a bulkhead constructed. An opening became a wall and a door. All work completed well and I am happy with the result.

Brendan from Full Moon Carpetry did the most amazing job making the arbor for our Wedding day. After only being showed one photo, he was able to figure out the logistics of building it and made it flawlessly. Not only that, he was able to repurpose old wood which tied it all in perfectly with our rustic theme. Dave and I were thoroughly impressed with his craftsmanship and would HIGHLY recommend him.Thank you Brendan for enhancing our wedding day. We look forward to having you do renovations on our new house.
