$20 for a meter of 100mm storm flex pipe. What a ripp off. When its 52$ for 10m at bunnings: $5.2 by meter. I was expecting an upmark for a small piece but not 400%.

Walked in their shop to enquire about a bath and some fittings. They were extremely unhelpful and the showroom consultant was short and rude. I walked out of the shop confused, frustrated and angry. I would never go into another Tradelink again. Their customer service is not even near the professional level a company of that size should be.

Bloody usless.. Got parts for my rehau (tradelink specific) waterline on Saturday. They gave me the wrong parts. No where else was able to help. You suck t'link. FU!

While the guy who attended to me was quite helpful, it was quite a shock when I found out that the item I bought cost 50% more than Bunnings. I could understand a 10% or even 20% difference, but not 50%. $94 with Tradelink vs $62 at Bunnings. Bunnings will be opening up very soon at Oxenford. Although I feel sorry for the smaller businesses which will lose a lot of trade when Bunnings opens, on the other hand I am happy that the consumer will benefit from the competition.

I have been there twice for parts for my taps and shower and had good service and good parts .Happy with their service and expertise which you won't find in Bunnings.I wish they were open on Sunday morning for few hours.
