I gave this shop a rating of four out of five for the following reasons;COVID-19 protocols; This shops has hand-sanitizer placed at various points in the shop. As encouraged by the (NSW Health), I wear a mask when I am in the community - to protect myself from community transmission of COVID-19.Friendliness; The two owners of this store are friendly and stay in communication from the first point of entry, during the repair process, and identify potential problems and short-fails of service if there are any. Due to the fact that I am not a trained phone technician, I give the team at this shop a five out of five for showing me and keeping me informed during the repair process. :)Service; I had a cracked screen and difficulty in trying to start my Samsung S7, with a ( recommendation from the technician) that my S7 battery which was no longer operable. At the beginning the technician explained that the prior repair done on my phone had critical errors (another review will be posted on this persons review page - check my reviews to find out who I do not recommend to go to for mobile phone repairs). Subsequently, my phone was problematic and there would be no warranty on the service. No problems, due to the fact that the technician kept me informed during the process.Value for money; I am not an expert in regards to costs of repairing prior technician errors, therefore, based on the professional information I was provided, I agreed to pay approx. $200.00 to extract the contact data AND photos on my S7phone and to upload onto my new Samsung phone. I have been told by others, that the price of extracting this data may have been priced cheaper elsewhere (however, I have no time to run-around gathering quotes, which is why I chose this organisation) and based on a friends recommendation-I was happy to pay $200.00.Product variety; This shop has a eclectic mix and large variety of phones and phone cases - The friendly technician helped to find me a mobile phone case, therefore, I purchased a case for my phone, however, when I got home, I could see that it was not a perfect fit for my camera lens and also my phone, therefore, I paid $20.00 for a case I do not use.Additional services; The friendly team provide laptop and computer repairs for all makes and brands. On this occasion, I did not use the computer repair services.Please click like if you found my review and photos helpful. In that time I’ve had laptop screens replaced, laptops fixed, computers fixed, and most recently sold a few old devices and had an Apple Watch fixed perfectly that I thought was beyond repair.Sam is a fantastic guy. Always honest, fair, and generous. He lets you know exactly what is wrong with your stuff and options to fix it. He’ll tell you honestly the best option for your device, even if that means going elsewhere where he doesn’t benefit from the business.He has fantastic prices, fast turnarounds, and great communication. Old mate was nice but wanted $600 to repair the screen on my galaxy S10+ I have been quoted $359 elsewhere
