All the staff are so helpful and amazing, you never feel left alone in the gym. Sarah wrote an amazing antenatal program and I was educated and helped by not only Sarah but, Michael and Sharon also kept an eye on me. Very happy with this service.

Sharon is an amazing teacher! This is the first time that I have stuck with reformer pilates on a regular basis and I am loving the difference in my body and back that it is having. I would highly recommend a few classes with Mandurah Movement Therapy to feel an improvement with any back or core issues. On a lighter note the aerial anti-gravity classes are a blast!
