I have tried to join this one a couple of times.. but it seems to be too closed-door one. There is everything in the gym. But for example, I can't run on a treadmill looking at the wall. Otherwise the gym and the instructors are good.

Conveniently located within Westmead adult hospital. Have all th equipment is a small area.Timings are okay. Downside is, closed on weekends.

This is a small gym sited in Westmead Hospital. The trainers are very helpful and know their stuff. It's a very friendly gym that makes it easy for me to do a workout before or after work, Monday to Friday.
