I had never done any boxing or self defence previously so initially I was nervous about getting started, I also wasn’t sure if my fitness levels were good enough for something like this, Louis was very easy going and made it a very comfortable space to get started. He has a wealth of knowledge over many martial arts and caters every class to my skill and fitness levels.I am very glad I started working with Louis as it has improved my boxing skills, self defence skills, my fitness levels and also my confidence within myself.I highly recommend working with Louis, If you are nervous about getting started like I was just jump into it and you won’t regret it.Thankyou Sifu!

A great, relaxed way to learn self-defence and improve fitness. Louis is a fantastic teacher and makes the sessions fun and engaging. Would highly recommend.
