Called Kenma about a Ventura Bike Pack rack for my 2002 ZX9R, it was dispatched that day and arrived 1 working day later. The staff member was knowledgeable, confirmed the rack was in stock (given it was an older bike), and sent it immediately. The rack was securely packed with lots of bubble wrap so it arrived in perfect condition. In short, Kenma exceeded all my expectations. While plenty of places promise the world, Kenma actually deliver what they say they will, and fast too. A great supplier that won't disappoint.

Excellent service, awesome products, staff who know what they're talking about.I have been using the Ventura Bag and rack setup for a long time on all my bikes and was reluctant to move to the EVO setup, Chris at Kenma (who is awesome!) had advised me in the past that the new EVO Ventura bag and rack is even better than the old setup with the high bar. I now ride a Suzuki GSX-R750. I had the EVO rack and 22L bag, but really didnt use it much until recently. I now use it for work every day, and needed a bigger setup for touring. Last trip away i used the old Mistral bag (facing forward), waterproof bag tied to the back of the rack and a tank bag, that setup did the job, but too many bags, old mistral bag loaded up tends to move around a little in the twisties. Today, with Chris advising me, i got the EVO 60 bag and waterproof cover, the bag is actually 50L and expands to 60L. Looks good on my bike, allows me to do a forward facing setup which i like, without interfering in my seating position, the bag has enough room for everything i will need on a week long trip, i am so happy.I also use the DNA air filters, Venhill brake lines and SBS brake pads they sell from the Kenma website, also top quality products!!Thanks Kenma for selling quality products, for all types of bikes at a fair price, and having the staff and knowledge to advise and give the back up service when its needed.I love riding my motorbike even more now.Thanks Chris, Ben and Kenny.

I would not recommend this company at all. They do not deliver your purchased products in a timely manner and if by chance they are wrong they ghost you. Stay away, use an alternative company.

Have dealt with Kenma on many occasions. Always find their service prompt and professional.They have staff that know their stuff and I would recommend highly.
