very professional, low priced & good service. Repaired and offered my tv back as soon as they could. The price for the repair was reasonable and cheap comparing to most other places I got quotes earlier.

I have been coming here for years. Have fixed my TV, sound system and remote control here. I have been very happy with the repairs. Great honest family run business. They are fair in their pricing. Highly recommend them.

We had exactly the same experience as Rakesh with our turntable. They were rude and arrogant, completed supposed repairs that were not asked for, then charged for them. It cost us $200 just to have a needle (that we'd supplied) fitted.After we took the turntable home, we found it only played at 45 speed. It took them one month to 'fix' this (under warranty) and many phone calls. Then, on bringing it home, we found nothing had changed - it would still not play at 33.As we were reluctant to take it back again, we asked a friend to look at it. He got it playing at 33, but said there were parts missing to make it play at both speeds. Now where would those parts be I wonder?They must be at Grant & Pearson's in Hawthorn Rd, but I do not want to ever go there again.

This place charges $35 to identify the fault and then provide a cost to repair. I did not have a good experience with them in fixing my speaker and would not recommend going there if you expect value for money service.

The door bell on our Signet video door phone stopped working The unit is not an expensive unit however a section has been cut into the fence post to hold the unit and I was unable to find a replacement unit that fitted. Therefore I took the unit to Frank to see if he could fix it. I was happy to pay the inspection fee because as a accountant in private practice who charges for my time I respect the need for Frank to get a recovery on his time. Frank called to advise a day later he could fix the unit, gave me a quote and I gave him the go ahead to repair the unit. The unit was ready a couple of days after that.I was delighted when I collected the unit and even more delighted when I reaffixed the unit to the fence and it worked.This is the second job Frank has done for me. Thank you Frank!

I run a music shop and I have been using Grant and Pearson Electronics’s to carry out some very difficult repairs on some of our digital pianos and they have repaired every job I have given them. Other people have tried but could not fix all the jobs. I am very impressed had happy we still have these types of technicians who know their stuff. Good on you. I will always support people like this.
